In case you can’t recall, we put Devin Brugman on our “10 Busty Babes To Follow On Instagram” list, and we are sticking with that! But this time around we have decided to put the spotlight on Brugman and Brugman alone. She’s earned it.

Now I don’t know what that is but she’s been very successful with it so kudos to her. So not only does the California-born model have the looks, but she obviously has the brain — she’s the whole package, folks.
