Maria Kanellis is known as one of the 20 hottest women in the history of the WWE for a reason – the woman is quite the gem. And even though it’s been seven year since she’s stepped into a WWE ring, there are rumors that the 35-year-old might soon be returning to the company that made her quite the wrestling star.
Maria spent five years with the WWE before leaving to go work for TNA and do her own thing. But now since the WWE has been reaching out to former stars (the Hardy Boyz made a returned at Wrestlemania 33), there’s a chance that Maria might soon return, too. Some reports are saying that Maria and her husband, Mike Bennett, have signed contracts to show up on Smackdown Live. And that’s enough of a reason for me to tune in to a show I haven’t watched in like 12 years.
