Yolanthe Cabau van Kasbergen was born on the island of Ibiza, Spain on March 19, 1985 to a Spanish father and a Dutch mother. Although her father, Xavier Cabau, was an extremely wealthy  entrepreneur who was even known as the "King of Ibiza" when she was born, he eventually fell on hard times and became violent to his family. Yolanthe's mother moved her away to the Netherlands when she was only five years old, where she continued her education and eventually graduated from high school at the age of 17.

Growing up, Yolanthe had always been interested in becoming an actress. So once she had graduated from high school, she began pursuing the career more actively, landing her first role in the 2004 Dutch film, "Snowfever." The very same year, she was cast as one of the leads on the television series, "ONM," where she played the role of Julia Branca from 2005 to 2008. Since then, she continued to land steady acting gigs, even starring in a short film titled "Turkse Chick," which won her a nomination for a Golden Calf, which is the Dutch equivalent of an Academy Award. By 2013, Yolanthe's acting career had finally made it's way to the U.S., where she starred in the popular Michael Bay film, "Pain & Gain" alongside Mark Wahlberg and Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson.

As for her personal life, Yolanthe is considered one of the hottest WAGs out there, as she began dating Dutch soccer player, Wesley Sneijder, in 2009. On July 17th of the following year, the two were married in Tuscany, Italy just days after Sneijder had played in the final game of the FIFA World Cup. Yolanthe then officially changed her surname from Cabau van Kasbergen to Sneijder-Cabau, which she has began using professionally.
