Born Nastassia Bianca Schroeder, but known professionally as Stassi Schroeder, she is a reality star probably best known for her appearance on “Vanderpump Rules” and “The Amazing Race.”
Stassi Schroeder has worked as a model and has appeared in Us Weekly, 944, and Italian Vanity Fair. She was born and raised in Louisiana (and lost her home in New Orleans due to Hurricane Katrina.) She began taking theatre class at a local high school when she was 11.
She placed seventh on “The Amazing Race” in 2005. In 2006, she was voted “Most Talented” by her senior class.
At 18, Stassi Schroeder moved to Hollywood. She graduated from Loyola Marymount University in 2010 with a Bachelor’s Degree in English writing. She also studied three years at the New Orleans Center for the Creative Arts in the drama division.
As for her reputation on “Vanderpump Rules,” she said, “I’m OK with it. I said those things, I did those things, they can’t put words in my mouth.”
Stassi Schroeder said as for being part of another reality show after “The Amazing Race,” that she was more prepared for the process. “I made the decision to be myself and if people don’t like it, it’s not my problem. I think other people struggled with that because they wanted to make sure they looked good.”
As for dating “bad boys,” Stassi Schroeder said, “Don’t date one…don’t be afraid to snoop…and if he cheats, leave him.” She added, “I have learned so much about myself and what I expect from somebody else and expect from a relationship. When somebody cheats on you, you learn how strong you are.”
Her goals are to work in fashion. “I’ve been addicted to fashion since I was a kid. I love writing…I have my column, writing about fashion on a budge. People here in LA have money but I’m a waitress. I’m poor and I’ve had to learn how to look good without having millions of dollars.” She added (when she still worked there), “Sometimes it bothers me because we have this hit TV show and I’m still waiting tables. It’s so weird, I can’t even describe it. The restaurant is packed 24/7.”
Stassi Schroeder said she will not return for another season of "Vanderpump Rules" (if it was picked up). She has since moved to New York. She told Hollywoodlife.com that “I just realized that my life was just so toxic [in Los Angeles]. Like, everything was so toxic. No one was a good friend…I just needed to take care of myself out of that environment. I can’t be a waitress forever. Come on, eventually we were all going to start moving on.”
