Serinda G. Swan was born in West Vancouver, Canada on July 11, 1984 and raised on the island of Kauai, HA. The daughter of an actress mother and a director/acting coach father, she spent plenty of time on movie sets as a child. In fact, when she was just three years old, she was personally picked by director Joel Schumacher for a role in her very first film, "Cousins," starring Ted Danson. As a child, Serinda was also very athletic, specializing in gymnastics. This would come in handy down the road, as she now does many of her own stunts.

After her initial movie role when she was a small child, Serinda's professional acting career started in commercial advertisements for Milky Way bars, Absolute Poker, and Macy's department stores. She then moved on to a bit of modeling when she got older, even beating out over 75,000 competitors to become one of the faces of Guess watches. She has continued to model, even as her acting career has taken shape.
