Sarah Christine Roemer was born in San Diego, California on August 28, 1984. Growing up, she enjoyed a life of horseback riding and surfing, as those are a few of her favorite activities, while attending Horizon Junior High and High School. It was while in high school on one fateful day that she was discovered by a modeling agent while purchasing coffee at a 7-Eleven. By the time she was 17, she left home and made her way to New York in order to further pursue her newfound career. Sarah was even eventually repped by LA Models and Fashion Model Management in Milan.

By 2006, Sarah decided it was time to shy away from her modeling a bit in order to give acting a try. She was soon cast in her first feature film, "The Grudge 2," while playing a small role in "Wristcutters: A Love Story" the very same year. She followed this up in 2007 by starring alongside Shia LaBeouf in the thriller, "Disturbia," which was received well by critics and audiences alike. By 2009, Sarah was given the lead female role in the comedy, "Fired Up!," the film that she is probably best known for.

The following year, Sarah made her way to television, starring in the first season of the NBC series, "The Event," which was then cancelled. But this didn't slow Sarah down one bit, as she was able to attain a guest role on "Hawaii Five-0" the very same year her series was cancelled, and followed that with "Daybreak" and "Chosen," two television series that ran for one season in 2012 and 2013 respectively. This sudden surge in television roles showed that Sarah was quite versatile, and had a bright future in both TV and film.
