Natasha Yarovenko is a Ukrainian film and television actress and model. She is most famous for portraying the character of Natasha in the romantic lesbian film, "Room in Rome."
Natalia "Natasha" Yarovenko was born on July 23, 1979 in Odessa, Ukraine, known at the time as Odessa, Ukrainian SSR, USSR. Her mother was Russian, while her father was Ukrainian. However, both of them were engineers, which already spelled out a bright future for Natasha, although her eventual career would be nothing close to resembling engineering.
Due to her extraordinary beauty, Natasha was able to make a living as a model while also getting her face out there on television. At first, she appeared on regional television in Catalonia, which was not seen by a large audience when it comes to the grand scope of television. But as she continued to grow as an actress, so did the opportunities. After playing guest roles on TV series such as "Ventdelpla" and "Hospital Central," Natasha was finally able to break down the barrier to feature films, starring in Christian Molina's "Diary of a Nymphomaniac" in 2008. The very same year, she was cast a series regular on "Lalola," as well.
Of course, a biography on Natasha Yarovenko would not be complete without mentioning the role that not only got her famous, but also landed her a Goya Award nomination in 2010 for Best New Actress. The film "Room in Rome," which centers on two women who have a one night stand in a hotel room in Rome, put Natasha on the map in a way that few films do, and also opened the doors to numerous acting gigs in the future. Since then, she has starred in films such as "Aftershock" in 2012, and the TV series, "Alatriste," where she plays one of the lead characters.
