Lyndie Greenwood was born in Toronto, Ontario, Canada on June 6, 1983. As most children who grow up to be actors do, she attended not only several different voice and musical theater schools such as the Professional Actors Lab, Jason Fraser Studios, Etobicoke School of the Arts, and the University Settlement Drama Group, but dance schools as well. However, unlike most aspiring theater actors, Lyndie also took up Kung Fu. Once she finished high school, she went on to the University of Toronto, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in 2006.

By 2009, Lyndie had not only managed to nab her first television role on the series "The Listener," but her first feature role on top of it, albeit in a low-budget Canadian film titled "Pinkville." Regardless, she was on her way to the big time, and soon enough, she was landing guest roles on every TV series from "Flashpoint" to "Covert Affairs." However, it wasn't until 2011 that she would finally catch her first big break.

The CW series "Nikita" seemed like a role similar to many of the others Lyndie had played in recent years, only this would be the first that was originally classified as recurring. But sure enough, if you give someone as talented as Lyndie Greenwood multiple episodes to work with, she's going to deliver. Hence, her recurring role in season 2 was turned into a regular role for seasons 3 and 4. Once her recurring role on FOX's "Sleepy Hollow" rolled around the very same year "Nikita" ended, it was simply a matter of lather, rinse, repeat.
