Jacinta Rokich is an Australian swimsuit and glamour model who has appeared in men's magazines including Ralph, Zoo Weekly, and French FHM.
She's also been featured on SportsIllustrated.com, calling the gallery in which she's playing with her food one of the better photo shoots you'll ever see.
Rokich got her start at the age of 18 when she somewhat forced herself to join the trade. "I have always wanted to model," she told OK Magazine, Malta, "but never thought I was confident enough or able to do well!"
At first Rokich entered modeling competitions and built her portfolio with amateur shots. She says shes been very lucky in getting some great opportunities since. The model seems appreciative of the success and good fortune she's had, though, saying that the work is harder than she had initially thought when she started and that the opportunities she spoke of are hard to come by. One thing that comes through in Rokich's pictorials is that she loves to have fun with her job. From dousing herself with honey to writing the words "Bad Ass" across her bottom, one of the sexiest things that exude from her photos is that she is enjoying herself. She calls herself fairly casual when she's not modeling but will put on the nines when the occasion calls for it.
Her favorite shoot so far was one with a western theme. She enjoyed dawning the flannel and lying in the hay bales and how authentic the photos looked. This particular shoot was in Las Vegas, Nevada, and she says that her favorite part of the shoot was the locations.
Rokich, who also doubles as a Beauty Therapist in Perth, Australia, describes herself as spontaneous, adventurous, fun, relaxed and lazy. She says that one of her favorite ways to relax is to go to a beach and just chill out. She also enjoys traveling photography and art.
Her dream is to continue being a successful model. She'd like her career to take her around the world and to see the cornucopia of culture her profession exposes people to. At this point she has modeled mostly in Australia, America and the small island nation of Malta, which she says she has a special connection to because her Maltese architect boyfriend. (okmalta.com)
