Clair Bidez is one of the hottest snowboarders to come out of the United States ever. Born in Denver, Colorado on August 7, 1987, the blonde bombshell took interest in snowboarding after watching her brother, Dylan, compete at the USASA (United States of America Snowboard Association) Nationals when she was just nine years old. Her brother was also a member of the US Snowboard Team. Her first official venture into extreme sports started in 2004, when she competed at the U.S. Open. She finished fifth overall in that competition, moving on to take first place the very same year at the Junior Olympics/Western Regionals.

In 2005, Clair really began to hit her stride, landing another first place win at the very same USASA Nationals she had watched her brother compete in years before, and following that up with a second place finish at the World Juniors competition. The following year, she competed in the WX SuperPipe, finishing fourth, which was her best showing ever at the event after finished seventeenth the previous season, as well as in 2007. The following year, she finished eleventh at the event, but sadly could not compete in 2009 after a broken right heel injury.

Clair's injury not only cost her a spot at the WX SuperPipe competition and pretty much an entire season of competition, but may very well have cost her a spot in the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver as well. In fact, the young halfpipe superstar only narrowly missed competing at the games due to being sidelined from her injury. However, she was still able to compete for a spot in the 2014 Olympics in Sochi.
