Celina Jade wrote on Twitter: "I've been up & down & over & out and I know one thing. Each time I find myself layin' flat on my face I just pick myself up and get back in the race."  By the time she was 15, she had her first No. 1 hit with the song "Kwong Ying Zi Gan" in Taiwan.

She later attended the London School of Economics and graduated at the top of her class with First Class Honors. Her U.S. feature film debut was in "The Man With the Iron Fists."

Celina said she never knew she'd end up as an actor. "My passion as a child was always singing. I love music because it's such a wonderful medium to connect people, taking away their isolation and bringing a sense of unity to communities." It was only after she landed a role in "Legendary Assassin" that she fell in love with acting. "I found the same satisfaction in acting as I did in music. Like music, it's a wonderful connecting tool."

Celina Jade's biggest motivation in life is "to live a meaningful and virtuous life and hopefully in doing so bring some happiness and positivity to those who are around me."

Celina Jade is currently single and resides in Los Angeles.
