Ashley Hobbs is a model probably best known for her appearance as Playboy’s Playmate of the Month for December 2010. Her measurements are 34C-27-32.
Ashley Hobbs is a mix of German, Sioux, Mexican-Spanish and Hawaiian ancestry. She thought Playboy chose her because she is “completely natural” with “no plastic surgery or hair bleach,” and that coming from Hawaii makes her “kind of exotic,” (honolulupulse.com). She said her friends, family and fiancé were 100% supportive and proud of her.
Though she was born in California, her family moved to Hawaii when she was two and she grew up there. She said, “I was raised to keep my priorities straight and have a serious work ethic.” She wanted to be a model ever since she was a girl. When she was 13, she signed with a local modeling agency and landed a gig as an extra in a Mattel Barbie commercial.

Ashley Hobbs later worked for a Japanese clothing company after she graduated from high school. She got into Playboy after an open casting call. She said, “Ever since the issue hit the newsstands, I have been pretty much the same person I always have been.”
One day she would like to raise a family “in a house with a white picket fence on the Hawaiian beach.” Though she loves the beach, she is not a surfer. “I know how to surf but I prefer to paddleboard, though. I don’t like the adrenaline when you drop into a wave. That’s just not me.”
Her turn-ons are “good looks…but to really get me going, I need a man who challenges me intellectually.” Her turn-offs are “arrogant, cocky, disrespectful, rude and egotistical men.” The man that she looks up to is her father. “It almost sounds like that army commercial, but he’s taught me to ‘be all that I can be.’”
Her dream first date is “dinner for two, then a walk on the beach with the moon and stars reflecting off the quiet ocean. Then a good-night kiss – not a ‘nightcap.’”
Aside from modeling, she has also worked with the non-profit United Cerebral Palsy Foundation. She said she was raised to 'give back.'
In an interview in 2011, she said in ten years that she saw herself either “owning a small café or owning my own bar, like a pub-style Coyote Ugly Bar.”
Ashley Hobbs resides in Hawaii.
