GTAV will now release on the PC on March 24th, 2015, as opposed to its initial “late January” launch. It will run at 1080p and 60fps with support for 4K monitors, too. Judging from the screenshots the game looks absolutely gorgeous, and is quite a noticeable step up from the PS4 and Xbox One editions of the game, which also boasted a notable leap in terms of visuals from their PS3/Xbox 360 predecessors.

The game will also feature the brand new Rockstar Editor, which will allow PC gamers to share their video clips with others using a full suite of editing tools. These clips can then be published either directly to Rockstar’s Social Club, or to YouTube.

There’s also a little more news about the upcoming Heists mode for GTA Online. According to Rockstar, Grand Theft Auto V on the PC will launch with Heists already available, with it set to be released in the “weeks ahead of the PC launch.” This still isn’t a concrete release date for the heavily anticipated mode, but at least this is confirmation that we’ll be getting it before March.
