I’ll be the first to admit that when P.T. was first announced during Sony’s Gamescom Press Conference with a short video of a couple girls screaming, it didn’t sound like it would be much. The crowd didn’t seem to care for it, but you could see in the presenter’s eyes that it was something much more than it appeared. Nightmares would soon follow.
We learned just why P.T. is so darn scary and good at the same time when it was revealed that it’s an interactive teaser for an upcoming title called Silent Hills that Director Hideo Kojima says will be “so scary you will sh*t your pants”. I don’t doubt it after what I’ve experienced.

Thanks to the PS4’s easy to use share methods, there are hundreds of scary images of the demo posted online. We’ve sifted through many of them to try and find the best. What you’ll find below are eight screenshots that aren’t for the faint of heart. This might be a teaser, but it’s one of the most terrifying pieces of playable media in history.
