To celebrate this week’s Tokyo Game Show, Square Enix has released three trailers for Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn.
First on the list is a The Binding Coil of Bahamut trailer. This 8-man dungeon is currently available and holds the most challenging content in the game. As a matter of fact, no group is yet to complete its five areas filled with nail-biting encounters. Only the most hardcore of players have been able to see its highly-detailed corridors, so this trailer is a great sneak-peek for those still farming pre-raid gear or leveling.
Square Enix also decided to show off the housing which will debut in the upcoming 2.1 update. Housing has tons of options with hundreds of furniture options, and even different home sizes. Similarly, PvP will debut in 2.1 with an area called The Wolves’ Den. 4v4 and 8v8 combat will be available with abilities exclusive to player versus player engagements, and even gear (which was debuted at TGS, an image can be seen on the bottom).
