No Football For LeBron James’ Kids

Due to a seemingly higher amount of sports injuries coming from playing football, LeBron James a.k.a. King “Daddy” James has decreed that his children shall not play the sport. Only basketball, baseball, and soccer are allowed. He likely considered his own time playing football in high school when making the decision, as well as professional football today, where it feels like every week or so, someone’s getting sidelined for some undetermined amount of time because of a torn this or a broken that.

Fortunately for him, it looks like his two boys are indeed interested in other sports. Good for him for lookin’ out for his sons.

A word to the wise though, LeBron. Basketball is absolute hell on the knees and ankles, soccer is really bad for your knees, leg muscles and tendons, shins, and ankles, and baseball can really do a number on your shoulder(s) if your form isn’t right. Try as you might to protect your sons from sports injuries, but something very well might still happen!
