Chris Terrio won an Oscar for Argo. Now he not only has the key to Ben Affleck’s heart, but also the key to Warner Brothers’ next kingdom: Justice League.
Terrio polished a David S. Goyer script for Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice and Warner Brothers was apparently pleased enough to hand him their largest property (but we wager that, despite the success of The Avengers, WB still views it as a necessary gamble until it’s released).
Zack Snyder is on board to direct. And unless the world ends or compromising photos are found of someone, it’ll feature Ben Affleck as Batman, Henry Cavill as Superman, Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman and Ray Fisher as Cyborg with other roles to be cast.
Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice will be released May 6, 2016. Warner Brothers has their panel tomorrow morning, and we’ll be brining you more news from them.
