Ravens WR Steve Smith Surprises Teen With Rare Autism To Prom

It’s likely Aubrey Bridges, let alone North Gaston High School, never thought they would be at the center of the sports world, but because of Ravens star Steve Smith Sr., it is so.

Aubrey is an 18-year-old from Bessemer City, NC who has a rare form of Autism that’s led to 14 platinum coils in her brain. Despite her challenges, she’s graduating from high school next month and will start college at Winthrop University in the fall. She’s developed all the skills in life to thrive, except for one — speech.

Aubrey was in need of a date to prom, and was a fan of Smith, who was a former wideout for the Panthers. With the help of Dream On 3, Smith found out and asked Aubrey to prom.

But the best part may be at the end of the video.
