Exclusive Preview | Batman/Superman # 26

There’s a new era currently underway in DC’s comic book universe, and the classic Batman and Superman partnership is no more! For starters, Bruce Wayne is no longer Batman, nor does he even remember that he was Batman! Instead, the mantle of the Bat has fallen upon James Gordon, Gotham City’s former police commissioner. And Gordon’s Batman does not see eye-to-eye with Superman. Not at all…

Ordinarily, that wouldn’t be a problem for the Man of Steel. But times are tough for Superman. Lois Lane outed his secret identity and he is considerably less powerful than he used to be. Now, even Superman is outmatched against the immortal supervillain, Vandal Savage. Fortunately for Superman, Batgirl (a.k.a. Barbara Gordon) and Red Hood (a.k.a. Jason Todd) have arrived to give him a hand against Savage.

In CraveOnline’s exclusive preview from Batman/Superman # 26, Superman and his friends come across some of Savages very terrified workers. But when the workers learn that Superman can’t easily defeat Savage, they are very quick to turn on their would-be savior!

Writer Greg Pak continues his Batman/Superman run with artists Ardian Syaf and Cliff Richards. Cary Nord provided the art for the standard Batman/Superman # 26 cover, while Ryan Sook & Spike Brandt were the cover artists for the Looney Tunes variant cover.

Batman/Superman # 26 will be released on Wednesday, November 11.
