Watch Tyler, The Creator Rap the New Dr. Seuss Book

Thankfully, Jimmy Kimmel has wiped away his little girl tears over the killing of a lion 10,000 miles away (where are the tears for the raging epidemic of innocent Americans killed by cops, Jimmy boy?) enough to have some fun with his guests. Tyler, the Creator was the musical guest on last night’s “Jimmy Kimmel Live” show, and before performing his Cherry Bomb tracks “Cherry Bomb,” “Pilot” and “Smuckers,” Kimmel brought him out to rap portions of the just-released Dr. Seuss book What Pet Should I Get?

To liven up the moment, Tyler wore a Cat in the Hat costume. His reading of the story was a little off, however, and Jimmy had to step in a few times. It’s really hard to believe this weirdo doesn’t do drugs.

The new Seuss book was recently discovered, though it’s believed the book was written between 1958 and 1962. A new Dr. Seuss book in the world is a fine thing indeed.

Seriously though, back on this Cecil the Lion outrage. That’s a messed up story about the dentist with a big-game fetish, but if THAT’s your breaking point in this hyper-fucked culture, Mr. Jimmy, you’re in sincere need of a dunce cap.
