Dailymotion and CraveOnline Take Over SXSW with Questlove Party and Celeb Interviews

The Bungalow on Rainey Street at the heart of Austin was the place to be this past weekend at South by Southwest, where CraveOnline and Dailymotion teamed up for a jam-packed roster of celebrity interviews and videos, and a massive party featuring live performances by Questlove, Marian Hill, and Max Frost had the line wrapped around the block for hours on end.

The festivities kicked off Saturday morning where resident CraveOnline film expert William Bibbiani ran a gauntlet of celebrity interviews with top actors and actresses on-site at SXSW to promote their upcoming films. There, we hosted Jason Blum and the writer and director of the upcoming social media thriller, Unfriended, as well as Judd Apatow, SNL alum Bill Hader, and comedienne and host of the upcoming MTV Movie Awards Amy Schumer to promote their new flick Trainwreck. And so many more.

Also at the Bungalow were other Dailymotion partners including Tasted, Outside Television, Holly Shorts, Formula Drift, Cinefix, and Boiler Room. These premier brands joined forces to bring Austin, Texas an experience of a lifetime.

But no major event of festival activation with CraveOnline’s name on it is complete without live musical performances, and our SXSW Music Showcase was the highlight of the weekend. Headliners Questlove, Marian Hill, and Max Frost brought the crowds to the Dailymotion Bungalow en masse, bringing the venue to capacity from 5PM to 2AM with a line still wrapped around the block with fans eager to get in on the party.
