T.I., DMX Join Forces For December Australian Tour

Rap royalty T.I. and DMX are heading Down Under for a brief Australian tour in December.

After recently receiving news of Drake’s debut visit to Australian shores for next year’s Future Music Festival, Aussie hip hop fans will be treated to more all-star arrivals next month when the two rappers join up for mid-December shows in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.

T.I’s first ever Australian tour and DMX’s second run round the country will hit up Melbourne’s Festival Hall on December 12, Qantas Credit Union Arena in Sydney on the 13th and The Marquee in Brisbane on the 14th.

The Atlanta rapper has missed headline Australian shows twice before- first at the cancelled 2013 Supafest and a second joint tour along with Akon and French Montana later that year due to scheduling clashes.

The Grammy award winner released his ninth studio album last month, Paperwork, featuring guest appearances from Chris Brown, Iggy Azalea, Rick Ross and Pharrell Williams while coming in at No.3 on the Australian ARIA Urban chart, No.1 on the US Billboard R&B/Hip Hop chart and No.2 on the Billboard Top 200.

Pre-sale tickets are available from 9am November 10 until 5pm on the 11th before general sale tickets are released at 9am on November 12.
