We’ve seen some weird video game trailers in our time, but none have been as downright odd as this commercial for Madden 15.
The new commercial sees Kevin Hart and Dave Franco going toe-to-toe in a battle for football supremacy, accompanied by several music numbers (including one particularly fantastic one performed by a Lady Gaga-alike) and increasingly ridiculous slapstick humor – and hey, there’s even some actual gameplay footage tucked away in there for good measure.

EA is known for its hyperbolic commercials when it comes to advertising its most high-profile titles, but this is perhaps the most overblown trailer they’ve yet produced. It’s a good job it’s hilarious.
Madden 15 is set to release on the PS4, Xbox One, PS3 and Xbox 360 on August 26th.
