A launch trailer has been released for Thief which shows cuts of gameplay, including some impressive parkour, and introduces the game’s story. See below:
Thief includes a lot of elements for fans of stealth games. Pickpocketing and stealing items are important for loading up on funds to blow on tactical items. Each level is designed to afford you options when carving a strategy. You’re encouraged to try and make it through without being spotted, but in the event you can’t keep your cover you can make a run for it before dashing into a hiding spot, or spar with the enemies.
The game is set in a fictional city with Victorian design. The main character, Garrett, is a professional thief who has a knack from stealing from the rich who have taken advantage of the city’s plague infected residents.
Thief will be available through retailers and via digital distribution on February 25th for Xbox One, PS4, Xbox 360, PS3, and PC.
