Canadian Website Offers Free TV Shows

Everyone’s looking for a great (free) way to watch television online and the website has finally arrived – www.streaming-guide.com, which is very simple and easy to use, providing genre-based listings and a search function for all content. There’s nothing to download – you just click the title and start watching the show on the original source/site.

Another differentiator to other online TV sites out there is that this site is really focusing on the Canadian market and is provided by an all-Canadian company that is dedicated to this niche for the long haul. “We do not spam people, have irritating pop-ups, or have endless chains of links to other (spammy) sites etc.,” said founder and CEO Seppo Sahrakorpi in an official press release. “We also specifically categorize and emphasize content by Canadians (i.e. CanCon). We cross-match all available online shows directly with the official CRTC list of certified shows, so that the CanCon identification

is as accurate as possible.”

There are currently more than 200 CanCon shows on streaming-guide.com. Check out everything from old episodes of “Air Farce,” “Trailer Park Boys,” or “One Day At A Time” to newer shows like “2 Broke Girls,” “Picnicface,” and “Hiccups.” There are also specials available for viewing including comedy awards shows, live stand-up programs, reality shows, and much more.

Streaming-guide.com was created by Pilvi Computing Inc., an Ottawa-based company who’s philosophy is to provide high-quality, easy-to-use products and services that hide the underlying technological details from the customer. Their products focus on the usability and affordability.
