He took off his barista glasses long enough to fully get the point across that he’s a smug asshole with no fear of going to prison, because as we’ve learned, abuse of power is strictly for rich, white dudes and the police. Look, I’m no Perry fan, but threatening to do something that you’re well within your office’s right to do before you do it, doesn’t really sound like a crime to me.
