The Lead Singer Of Warrant Died

[singlepic id=1 w=600 h= float=center]

Jani Lane, the lead singer of the 80’s hair band Warrant, was found dead in an L.A. hotel last night. He was 47. But just to be clear, he’s really dead this time. This is completely different from the time Nirvana and Pearl Jam killed him in 1991. TMZ reports:

Lane’s body was discovered at the Comfort Inn hotel in Woodland Hills, CA. So far, no official cause of death has been released. Lane famously penned the band’s biggest hit “Cherry Pie” back in 1989 … before eventually leaving the band to pursue a solo career. Lane had a history of alcohol-related issues — he was ordered to serve 120 days in jail after he was arrested for DUI in 2010 … his second DUI in two years. Lane was 47.

Maybe it’s because of bored indifference or the fact that my knee is possessed by a demon (a demon of pain), but I really don’t have anything to say here. I put the video of his biggest hit below, so I guess if you can sit through that you’ve adequately paid your respects.

Note: When I did a Google image search for “Jani Lane”, a topless pic of Audrina Patridge came up. So, I went with that. You understand.
