Jewel is Canadian so I guess they don’t celebrate Halloween because she decided to put on a bikini instead. I’m not gonna lie, I really don’t know if Canadians do Halloween or not. I really didn’t bother to look it up. Mostly because I’m lazy. That’s why my high school biology teacher said I would never make anything of my life.
