‘Colossal’ Director Nacho Vigalondo Does The B-Movies Podcast!

Nacho Vigalondo never directs the same movie twice. His career has been spent producing genre-warping motion pictures, many of them critically acclaimed, like the head-scratching sci-fi thriller Timecrimes and his Oscar-nominated short film 7:35 in the Morning. Now he’s embarking on the most ambitious motion picture of his career, a giant monster alcoholism drama starring Anne Hathaway and Jason Sudeikis called Colossal, and he’s celebrating by appearing on our very own show, The B-Movies Podcast!

Film critics William Bibbiani and Witney Seibold are sitting down with Nacho Vigalondo to talk about why he doesn’t mind when critics and audiences interpret his movies differently than he does, what goes through his mind when he’s making films like Colossal and Timecrimes, and why the villain in Colossal is the kind of person he worries he could become.
