Chris Brown Fires Back (With Words) to Billboard Report

Chris Brown has been back atop your social media feeds this week for all the wrong reasons. The controversial R&B bad boy responded to claims made in an investigative report from Billboard, telling fans in a social media clip posted Thursday night that “I am not hurting out here. Trust me.”

The in-depth Billboard piece, which came out on March 2nd, details Brown’s alleged downward spiral with candid quotes from former and current members of his inner circle claiming that he is  “dancing with death” by using coke, xanax, molly, and lean.

What cannot be disputed is that Brown has had a chaotic past few months, from engaging in a standoff with the LAPD, challenging Soulja Boy to a boxing match (which has now been cancelled) and most recently having a restraining order filed against him by former girlfriend Karrueche Tran

Amazingly, the lean personal times (excuse my pun) haven’t affected Brown’s career as his single “Grass Ain’t Greener” charted on the Hot 100 and he’s about to get back on the road again with “The Party Tour” with 50 Cent, French Montana, Fabolous, O.T. Genasis and Kap G.
