Jumping into puddles is a rite of passage for every child. But when you're older, you have to up the ante. Regular old puddles aren't going to cut it, as proven by this video of a guy who jumped into something that is closer to a water-filled sinkhole than a puddle.
We have a hunch that everyone in this video knew what they were getting into (who films their friends jumping into a puddle?), but that doesn't make it any less enjoyable. Especially to the guy behind the camera.

There could have been a sea monster that sucked him under. Or, that hole in the pavement could have been the entrance to a black hole that transported him to an evil parallel universe, or maybe you should just get your knickers a little bit untwisted for a sec and have a good laugh.

One kid went to jump in a puddle, not knowing that it was a huge pothole. He jumped in & went up to his chest. His older brother was there, & pulled him out while we were all laughing. After that, I made a point never to jump into a puddle, unless I knew for sure that it wasn\'t deep.

March 13 2013 at 6:05 PM Report abuse Permalink rate up rate down Replyill bet the other kids knew it was deeper than a puddle , but i dobt that kid new , caues it was cold ? and as funny as it seems , this could have gone wrong in so many was , if there was a lip that he got stuck under , or it caved in after he went in with mud and pavement hitting him under water , or the whole opened up more undernieth and sucked him down ??? im glad it didnt go bad , but that was very dangerous.
