Jennifer Grey had that cute mousey nose. It was the novelty of the nose that gave her face such character. When her nose was corrected, she became merely average. As noses go, her new nose was not bad but... it affected her uniqueness in my opinion. No need to mess with perfection. She is still timeless. I don't think anyone will forget the pretty girl from Dirty Dancing.

Good lighting and a talented makeup artist can do wonders on stars without surgery.

Several decades ago, I had a glamour photo shoot with a professional photographer and makeup person. I have NEVER had any cosmetic surgery, but I can assure you that a talented makeup artist can do wonders with an imperfect nose and other less-than-perfect facial features. The lighting the photographer used did the rest. Lovely, lovely photos that my children now prize to show their mama was--long, long ago--a beauty in her day.
