I'm not sure what was wrong with advertisers in the 1950s, but they were fixated with putting terrifyingly creepy demon children in their ads.
So we put together a gallery of some of the creepiest, weirdest and oddest children to appear in vintage magazine ads.

90 % of the kids in these ads are gingers, what's up with that?
January 11 2013 at 2:59 PM Report abuse Permalink rate up rate down ReplyMost of these ads aren't from the 1950s. Most are from a much earlier time. From the art style and typefaces used, I'd say that some of these creepy ads go back to the 1920s or even earlier.
