This gastropub in West Los Angeles features 24 handcrafted and specialty beers, and more than 200 whiskeys. And from 5-7 p.m. every night, Bar Food offers food and drink specials and free hot dogs with every drink purchased.

Crocodile Lounge - New York, N.Y.

This Manhattan bar has a lot of fun attractions: trivia night, Beatles music and a game room with skeeball, but the one that stands out is the free personal pizza you get with every drink purchase. This Happy Hour deal begins every day at 3:30 p.m. and goes until the end of the night. Interestingly, a bar in Chicago called Crocodile offers a similar deal.

MacDinton's - Tampa, Fla.

Do you have $10? If you do, head to MacDinton's on Friday night at 6 p.m., pay your 10 bucks and take advantage of their open bar until 8 p.m. Open bar includes all beer, wine and well liquor, and you can grab some 50-cent wings if you're hungry as well.

Landmark Tavern - New York, N.Y.

This pub in the Hell's Kitchen neighborhood of Manhattan does happy hour right: 10-cent buffalo wings and buy-one-get-one-free on all drinks from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday. And on Single-Malt Mondays, patrons can take advantage of three-for-two buybacks and sample the bar's 70 fine scotches.

Hara Sushi - Los Angeles, Calif.

Known as the best sushi happy hour spot in Los Angeles and possibly the whole country, Hara offers sushi, beer, wine and sake at about half price every day from 4-9:30 p.m. And every dinner order comes with complimentary edamame, miso soup and green-tea ice cream. Not surprisingly, lines for this joint are usually out the door.

Welcome to the Johnsons - New York, N.Y.

Located in New York's Lower East Side, WTTJs has an absurdly long happy hour (3-9 p.m. Monday-Thursday, 1-9 p.m. Friday-Saturday) that offers $2 beers and well drinks, and free Doritos.

Crusens - Peoria, Ill.

There are actually two Crusens locations in the Peoria area, and both have great daily drink specials. But on Wing Ding Wednesdays, pitchers of domestic beer are $3 after 7 p.m., and each pitcher comes with a free basket of wings. Also, the pitchers aren't small, and the wings are delicious.

Howl at the Moon - Baltimore, Md.

Howl at the Moon is a chain of dueling piano bars across America, and all of them have insane daily drink specials. But at the location in Baltimore, on Wednesday nights, all drinks from 7 p.m. until closing are buy-one-get-two-free.

Continental - New York, N.Y.

Called New York City's classiest dive bar, Continental is fun and affordable, with a typical half-off-everything happy hour from 4-8 p.m. But it's on this list for the drink special it runs every day from open to close: five shots of anything for $10.

Crossroads Irish Pub - Boston, Mass.

It's a little-known fact that happy hour is banned in Massachusetts, meaning that bars and restaurants can't offer special deals on alcoholic beverages. However, that doesn't mean they still can't give patrons what they want. At Crossroads in Boston, with every pitcher you order on Wednesdays, you get a free large pizza. Talk about a college kid's dream come true.
