Vida Guerra was born in Havana, Cuba, but moved to New Jersey with her family when she was 6.

Growing up, Guerra entered several fashion shows modeling swimwear, not afraid to strut her stuff in a G-string.

In Decemeber 2002, FHM featured Guerra in a lingerie spread. This was her big break, as readers flooded FHM's mail box with demands for more of her. She went on to become "FHM's Model of the Year" in 2004.
