This looks like it's two photographs Photoshopped together but it's not. The picture was taken by the blonde on the left. The left side shows a mirror, reflecting her image back to the camera. On the right is her friend seen through clear glass. As a result, you can see the very slight reflection of the blonde's arm on the glass.
