When you're a sports fan and your team chokes, the usual (but illogical) reaction is to hurl your remote control into the wall and watch it shatter into pieces. Of course, after a second of sweet release, you feel like an idiot who has to buy a new remote control, as well as replace any other items in the room that may have suffered through collateral damage.

The good people at Anger Room have a solution: smash someone else's stuff.

Here's how it works: you visit a custom Anger Room facility and let out all of your pent-up energy and stress the old-fashioned way. That is, with a baseball bat. Anger Room provides environments set up to look like real-life offices, living areas or kitchens. Each of the rooms is stuffed full of props to make sure you get your money's worth. Once you're inside, you can hit, throw and stomp on anything you want -- chairs, TVs, stereos, tables -- as well as do any damage you want to the surrounding walls. Various types of sports equipment like baseball bats and golf clubs are provided to help with the destruction.

Sessions are available in three different time frames. The "I Need A Break!" package (five minutes in a room) will cost you 25 bucks. The "Lash Out" (15 minutes) costs $45. "Total Demolition" (25 minutes) tops out at $75. You can keep adding five minutes at additional costs and also request specialty rooms.
