It's too bad everything goes so horribly wrong here, because a tight rope above a pool is a fantastic idea. Unfortunately, the geniuses who set up this contraption did not do their due diligence. It's funny how the near side of the tight rope appears to be attached to a bench, which holds up far better than the brick column on the other end. Must not have been a load-bearing bench.
