We're glad we have video of this story because it's almost impossible to believe. Arthur Boorman is a disabled Gulf War veteran. Doctors told him he would never walk again. When he was given this horrible news he basically gave up. He lost his will to live, gained a ton of weight and thought his life was over.
Then he decided to change everything.
It started when he saw a video by Diamond Dallas Page about the positive effects of yoga. Since he couldn't perform high-impact exercise (like running, since he couldn't even walk) Arthur decided to give it a try.
As you can see in this unbelievable time-lapse video, Boorman goes from a guy who was told he'd never walk again to a guy who can sprint through the park on his own free will. He completely defies the odds that were stacked against him and all it took was hard work and dedication. You will not believe how different Boorman looks by the end of this video.
The next time you feel like complaining about your life, you may want to remember Arthur Boorman and realize that everything is up to you.

Now was time. Now is the time to be that inspiration for others. Thank you and you this lady to shame. I guess i will have to look up the yoga instructor or just take yoga lessons. Maybe it will help me get off of my behind. I have a sit down job and it had started to carry over into my personal life.
